Team Climate Assessment A team climate assessment will involve a confidential survey on a number of areas such as clarity on team goals, understanding of each others’ roles, level of trust, ability to manage conflict, respect for cultural differences etc. Results are aggregated at the team level and overall strengths and development areas for the team are identified.
